2. Account Responsibilities & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all publishing activities occurring under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Janelvo to:
- Upload or publish content that infringes upon copyright, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of third parties.
- Distribute spam, malware, harassing, deceptive, or prohibited content under Meta Community Standards.
- Attempt to bypass quota limits, tenant isolation barriers, or security controls of the platform.
4. Plans, Billing & Subscriptions
Janelvo offers both Free and Paid subscription tiers (Pro and Business). Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via approved manual payment channels (Bank Transfer, UPI) or future payment gateways. Subscriptions are activated upon administrative verification of payment reference and proof.
5. Content Ownership & Ephemeral Storage
You retain full intellectual property ownership of all video content uploaded or connected through the platform. By connecting your storage, you grant Janelvo the technical license necessary to transfer and publish your media to your designated Facebook Pages.
6. Service Availability & Third-Party APIs
Our automation relies on external APIs provided by Meta / Facebook and Google. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure 99.9% uptime, but we are not liable for temporary interruptions caused by upstream third-party platform API outages, token invalidations, or changes in social network policies.
7. Termination and Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription or disconnect your connected pages at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Acceptable Use Policy.
