1. Information We Collect
We collect information necessary to deliver automated publishing services and maintain your user account:
- Account Details: Full name, email address, password hash, and timezone.
- Facebook Platform Data: When you connect Facebook, we receive Page Access Tokens, Page IDs, Page Names, and Page Avatars necessary to publish Reels on your behalf. We do not access personal profile feeds, private messages, or unassociated pages.
- Google Drive Data: When you connect your Google Drive account, we access only the specific folders and video files you designate for publishing.
- Direct Video Uploads: Video files and captions uploaded directly through our web interface to cloud storage folders designated for your tenant account.
- Payment Information: For manual payments, we store reference IDs, payment dates, and proof receipts submitted for administrative verification. We do not store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is processed strictly for the following operational purposes:
- Scheduling and automatically publishing Reels to your selected Facebook Pages.
- Downloading designated video assets from your connected storage for publishing.
- Maintaining multi-tenant tenant isolation and quota enforcement based on your active plan.
- Providing customer support and sending critical system or billing notifications.
3. Ephemeral Video Storage & Deletion Lifecycle
We respect your storage and privacy. For users utilizing system storage, source video files are retained ephemerally only until publishing is successfully verified by the Facebook Graph API. Once publication is confirmed, source files are permanently deleted from intermediate storage and quota is released immediately. If publishing fails, the source file is safely preserved for retry.
4. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation & Security
Janelvo enforces strict multi-tenant data boundaries. Every database query, storage lookup, and publishing job is strictly scoped to your authenticated account. No user can view, access, modify, or publish to another tenant's Facebook Pages, Google Drive folders, or video queue.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
Our automation interacts with the following external platforms via secure OAuth APIs:
- Meta / Facebook Graph API: For page discovery, video upload sessions, and Reel publishing.
- Google Drive API: For reading scheduled video files and managing dedicated page storage.
6. Data Retention and Account Deletion
You may disconnect your Facebook Pages or Google Drive accounts at any time from your account settings. When you delete an account or disconnect a page, associated access tokens and queued items are permanently removed from our active database.
